Overview
The controller will not connect to the cloud, we can then check with M2M
Support Process
- call M2M support 0800 2461521
- Ask them to re direct the SIM
- They may have to temporarily add SIMs to the “open plan” to include O2 in the list of available operators.
- They usually just advise to power cycle the unit.
