Overview

The controller will not connect to the cloud, we can then check with M2M

Support Process

  1. call M2M support 0800 2461521
  2. Ask them to re direct the SIM
  3. They may have to temporarily add SIMs to the “open plan” to include O2 in the list of available operators.
  4. They usually just advise to power cycle the unit.
