Support Process

Calling to notify us on an aborted call out.

  • update the engineering activity log / site visit record form
  • update the log with the abort code. (comes in via email)


Needs a job on their genflow website

Sometimes installers will go to a pub that is not scheduled for the same day as us.

This can be done from the toolkit website. 

  • Go to "update Job"
  • select the installer
  • select the site
  • select the date (leaving it blank will select the current date)
  • press submit

Update Engineering activity log, (insert row in if it doesn't exist for the day).


The installer needs stock of an item

The installer's company will have their stock, so they should ask them for any supplies ( blanking plugs, spare conenctors/controllers, SIMs, SD cards etc.)


Installer needs to return genflow equipment

Get them to return it through their Head quarters, with the site name, installer name and fault description
